  • Technical issue resulting in failed service onboarding
  • Cancellation requested before project work begins

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • Graphic design work already delivered
  • Website or landing page development after project initiation
  • Any custom digital marketing service once execution has started

Once the client approves project initiation, onboarding, design process, campaign setup, or service execution, refunds will not be applicable.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before service execution begins.

Once work has started, cancellation may not be possible due to resource allocation, planning, and service commitment.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway provider and banking process.

6. Payment Gateway

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways, such as Instamojo, and other secure payment processors.

We do not store complete debit card, credit card, or banking information on our servers.
